1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using iConnect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. Description of service
iConnect is a personal contact and networking tracker. All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
4. Subscriptions
iConnect offers an optional premium subscription ("iConnect Pro") with the following terms:
- Monthly: CHF 5.90 per month
- Yearly: CHF 59.00 per year
Subscriptions are billed through the app store account you used to download the App (Apple ID on iOS, Google account on Android). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Prices are stated in Swiss francs; your store charges the equivalent in your own currency at its published rate.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings: on iOS under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, on Android under Google Play > Payments and subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Free tier
The free version of iConnect allows you to store up to 25 contacts. To exceed this limit or to use contact import, an iConnect Pro subscription is required. Everything else, including unlimited interactions on each contact, voice notes, tags, search, follow-up reminders, backup and export, is available on the free tier.
6. User content
You retain all rights to the data you enter into iConnect. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
